1：產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍對(duì)比Comparison of product range

市場(chǎng)上需要加熱的除油粉分為兩種；一種是適用于銅材，另一種適用于鐵基材料兩者不可混于一起適用。如果混用無(wú)論是陰極脫脂還是陽(yáng)極脫脂極易造成對(duì)應(yīng)金屬離子吸附在鍍件基材上而造成密著性不良。市場(chǎng)上需要加熱的除油粉不可作為熱脫除油及滾鍍，掛鍍適用。

Hp-102常溫除油粉既適用于銅材也適用于鐵基材料同時(shí)可作為冷熱脫使用。應(yīng)用范圍比較廣，不但連續(xù)電鍍可以使用，滾鍍，掛鍍都可以有最佳效果使用。

There are 2 kinds of heating oil removing powder at the market, one is apply to copper product,

the other is apply to iron product, they can’t be mixed. If they are mixed then whether cathodic degreasing or anode degreasing the metal ion will be adsorbed on artifacts, it can be caused tightness bad. At the market the heating oil removing powder can’t be apply to barrel plating and rack plating.

Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder is apply to the copper product and iron product, also the barrel plating and rack plating can be used.

Hp-102常溫除油粉的組分基本是新材料，其生產(chǎn)理念跨越傳統(tǒng)思維模式。組分中的表面活性劑是竑鎏公司自行研發(fā)生產(chǎn)具有較強(qiáng)的脫脂能力(無(wú)毒、無(wú)味)。除油效率是市場(chǎng)上加熱的除油粉一倍以上。

The most component of Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder are new material, and it’s production concept transcend traditional. The surface-active agent of the product is created by HongLiu company, it’s powerful and no poison/smell. It’s efficiency is more double than others.

用機(jī)油、潤(rùn)滑油、柴油1:1:1混合涂抹赫試片上

3：待缸時(shí)間應(yīng)用對(duì)比Usage time contrast

由于Hp-102常溫除油粉的組分是新材料，其待缸時(shí)間是市場(chǎng)上需要加熱的除油粉一倍以上。市場(chǎng)上需要加熱的除油粉正常待缸時(shí)間（24小時(shí)不間斷生產(chǎn)）為一周，最多達(dá)到二周，Hp-102常溫除油粉最低待缸時(shí)間（24小時(shí)不間斷生產(chǎn)）為二周，正常待缸時(shí)間為四周以上。Hp-102常溫除油粉待缸時(shí)間比市場(chǎng)上需要加熱的除油粉待缸時(shí)間多出二周以上。

Owing to the Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder is new material, the using time is more double than heating oil removing powder at the market. The heating oil removing powder normal using time is one week(working 24 hours) ,it’s limit is two weeks. Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder’s lowest using time is two weeks(working 24 hours),it can be more than four weeks.

a: 使用溫度最低在55℃與槽外產(chǎn)生溫差就形成堿氣而污染生產(chǎn)車間環(huán)境---- 嗆人的氣體使人

喘不過(guò)氣，從而影響員工身體健康。

b: 由于溫差形成堿氣在機(jī)架、地面及其他設(shè)備而凝結(jié)產(chǎn)生白色或乳黃色堿垢，不但；影響環(huán)境清潔還腐蝕設(shè)備。在地面凝結(jié)還會(huì)造成人員滑到而摔傷，從而造成工業(yè)傷害。

c: 除油粉的堿性含量較強(qiáng)在在55℃的溫度極易灼傷操作人員的手。

Hp-102常溫除油粉不會(huì)產(chǎn)生溫差就沒(méi)有堿氣，所以；Hp-102常溫除油粉不會(huì)產(chǎn)生a、b及c的現(xiàn)象。

Heating oil removing powder at the market

a: The minimum working temperature is 55℃,it formed the temperature difference with outside then the alkaline gas contaminated workshop environment. The alkaline gas is chocking and made the worker breathing hard, so it affect health.

b: The alkaline gas condenses to white or cream-like color alkali scale on frame/ground and machine. The alkali scale not only affect environment clear but also corrode equipment. The condensate may be make worker slip cause their safety.

c: It contact high alkalinity and the temperature is 55℃ so the operator’s hands easy be scald.

There is no alkaline gas because no temperature difference if use Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder. So above the a/b/c will not happen.          

7：穩(wěn)泡能力測(cè)試Stable foam test

市場(chǎng)上需要加熱的除油粉使用的表面活性劑都是商售的泡沫活性極強(qiáng)的商品，他們?yōu)榱朔€(wěn)住泡沫使用大量含硅的消泡劑，大量含硅的消泡劑使用嚴(yán)重影響除油效果和鍍件親水能力及槽液使用周期。

Hp-102常溫除油粉的表活部分是我們公司自行生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，所以；我們的產(chǎn)品不使用含硅的消泡劑。我們的產(chǎn)品在使用過(guò)程中不會(huì)產(chǎn)生泡沫，穩(wěn)泡能力極強(qiáng)。屬于離開(kāi)電子核即破泡型態(tài)。

The heating oil removing powder at the market contact the surface active agent that has strong foaming property. The manufacturer add the defoamer(has silicon) for except the foam. The defoamer affect oil removing effect and hydrophilicity serious and using cycle.
